Terms and Conditions for Providing Services
This Terms and Conditions for Providing Services sets forth a binding set of objective rules regarding the use of the software and web platform operated under the brand Sweet Bonanza. Please read this document carefully. It constitutes a formal, legally binding agreement between the service provider and you (hereinafter referred to as the 'User'). Accessing or using our resources implies full understanding and acceptance of all clauses below.
Acceptance of Terms
Registering an account, browsing our website, or using any platform functionality constitutes unqualified, unconditional acceptance of the entire Terms and Conditions. If for any reason you do not agree with even one clause of this document, you must immediately leave our platform and cease using our services. We reserve the exclusive right to modify these Terms at any time, using appropriate communication channels. Continuing to use our services after such modifications confirms acceptance of the revised terms.
Requirements and Account Registration
Only individuals aged 18 years or older, with full legal capacity, may use the Sweet Bonanza services. When registering, the User declares and warrants that all provided registration information (including, but not limited to: full name, date of birth, and contact address) is 100% accurate, complete, and precise. Each User is entitled to one and only one personalized account. Discovery of linked, duplicate accounts, or third-party registrations will result in immediate account suspension with no right to claim compensation. The User bears full and sole responsibility for securing their authorization password and must immediately notify administration of any unauthorized access attempts to their account.
User Obligations and Prohibited Practices
Each User must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and standard digital ethics. Any form of fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. Specifically forbidden are: use of automated scripts, bots, AI software, or crawlers aimed at manipulating service results or stealing data; reverse engineering of our security systems; concealment or falsification of the User’s real IP address; uploading malicious code (viruses, trojans); and using the platform for money laundering or financing criminal activities.
Payments, Fees, and Settlements
If certain Sweet Bonanza services involve financial transactions, the User agrees to use only legal payment instruments issued strictly in their own name. Use of corporate credit cards, third-party accounts, or anonymous wallets is prohibited unless otherwise specified in the payment method’s instructions. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees in justified cases (e.g., atypical withdrawals or excessive use of payment processors without actual account activity), provided such fees are clearly communicated in the payment interface.
Risk Awareness and No Win Guarantee
The User acknowledges and accepts that our services are strictly for entertainment purposes and carry inherent, high risk of losing invested funds. Game outcomes and session flows are determined by advanced, independent, and certified Random Number Generators (RNG), over which the User has no influence. Sweet Bonanza makes absolutely no guarantees, promises, or assurances regarding positive financial results, repeatability of wins, or effectiveness of any strategies or systems adopted by the User. Platform activity is carried out at the User’s sole risk and responsibility.
Intellectual Property Rights
All graphics, source codes, user interfaces, trademarks, audiovisual concepts, texts, and game mechanics on the platform are the exclusive property of Sweet Bonanza or our external licensors and are protected by international treaties and copyright laws. Users are granted only a temporary, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these assets for strictly recreational purposes. Any downloading, copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Links to External Services
The platform may occasionally include links to websites and resources managed by third parties, beyond our direct control. We provide these links solely for informational convenience. Sweet Bonanza assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, accuracy, or business practices of the target sites. Accessing such links is done at the User’s sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sweet Bonanza, its employees, management, and software providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, hardware defects, or loss of saved data resulting from inability to use the service, network packet delays, server errors, or force majeure. Users access the platform 'as is'.
Suspension and Termination of Agreement
We reserve the full and unilateral right to suspend, modify, restrict, or permanently close a User’s account and terminate the service agreement at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions. The User may also close their account voluntarily at any time, after settling any outstanding balances.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved amicably in good faith. If no compromise is reached, all claims shall ultimately be governed by Polish substantive law and exclusively adjudicated by the competent general courts located in the Republic of Poland (Poland), regardless of international conflict-of-law rules.
